1. Products

a) Insect-Supply shop sells dried insect specimens for collections and different handicrafts from around the world.

b) We don't sell insects protected in Poland.
All insects protected under Convention on International Trade of Endangered Species (CITES) are sold with necessary documents. These items are available only within European Union area.

c) Offered insects are not prepared, they are properly packed or papered.

d) Photos of insects and other products in the shop are just an example. Products can be a liitle different in color than those on the photos.
Handicrafts that we offer can be a little bit scratched and their structure can change due to such condition as sunlight or humidity.

e) Together with every product you will get full information about the place of its origin.
In case of insects you get full collecting data, in case of handicrafts you get information about the place of origin.

2. Symbols

We use following symbols to describe different features of insects:

Quality:
A1 perfect specimen, no missing parts, no scratches on wings or elytra
A1- minor scratches, especially netted butterflies
A- specimen with small damages - small scratches, small chips in the wings
A2 damaged specimen - with scratches, chips in wings, small holes in elytra, missing small parts of legs
B specimen in bad condition, but with all features of the species

Sex:
M - male
F - female
P – pair (M+F)
M/F – male or female

3. Registration

a) To place an order in Insect-Supply you need to register first.

b) Once your data are in our database, you need to log in to place another order.

c) All personal data of customers are protected under proper laws. All data are used only in purpose to fulfill your order.
You can change or remove your personal data anytime.

4. Prices

I keep the right to change the prices due to changes in currency exchange rates. Once you place the order the prices of items in your order will not change.

4a. Discounts

Special discounts for large orders!!!
All insect orders above:
1) 100 Euro - 5% discount
2) 200 Euro - 10% discount
3) 350 Euro - 15% discount
Permanent discounts can not be put together with temporary disocunts offered on home page.

5. Items availability

a) Orders are sent sent due to the sequence of their confirmation.

b) Payment should be made after confirmation of the order, which at the same time is the confirmation of items availability.

6.Ordering

b) Minimum order value is 50 Euro (not including shipping costs)

c) All prices include 22% Value Added Tax

7. Payment

a) Orders are sent after reception of the payment.

b) You can send the payment by:

c) All payments can be made only after reception of order confirmation.

d) After placing the order all items will be reserved for the customer for 7 days. After that time you have to place your order again.

8. Delivery time

a) Confirmation of order should be sent to you within 48 hours. If you don't receive it, please contact us: info@insect-supply.eu

b) Your order will be sent within maximum 2 weeks.This time can be extended after previous contact with customer.

9. Shipping

a) We ship orders by Registered Priority mail.

b) Shipping costs are paid by the customer unless other thing is agreed.

c) We don't take responsibilty for damages during the transport.

d) In order to get refund you have to check the box on arrival.All refunds are made basing on proper documents which need to be filled in presence of the currier on reception of the order.

10. Refunds

a) Customer can cancel his order within 7 days from delivery of the items. In order to do this you need to send a written statement to the company address.

b) The order should be sent back within 7 days from reception of the order on the cost of the customer.

c) Payment will be sent back within 7 days after reception of returned items. Costs of shipping are not refundable.

11. Others

a) All parts of Insect-Supply.eu such as photos, texts and graphics are protected under EU laws. All violations of this laws will effect with proper legal steps.
